Adler Arts Center proudly presents 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche, brought to you by Violet Surprise Theatre, whose mission is to vibrantly validate the voices of queer women. Quiche is a scintillating satire of women’s roles in the 1950s, enlisting its characters in a caricature of the sexism, heterosexism, consumerism, and Communism exuberant in the era. What better way to celebrate Lesbian Visibility Week than by coming out for this absurdly adorable and unapologetic declaration of lesbi-independence?
