One Roof Chicago’s Townhall Brunch & Social

📣🍽 Hi, Friends! The One Roof Chicago (ORC) Team invites you to join us for our Townhall Brunch & Social on Saturday, October 10, from 11am-1pm at Center on Cottage Grove, 6323 S Cottage Grove Avenue, Chicago, IL.

One Roof Chicago is a transformative initiative to build LGBTQ+-centered intergenerational communities for older and younger adults most in need of affirming housing, workforce development, legal clinics, and meaningful connection. The core of our work centers on home, a place and feeling in which people across generations live together in dignity, safety, and comfort with the resources and supports they need to thrive.

📧 RSVPs are requested for a catering headcount via the QR code on the flyer or here: https://forms.gle/7raw2Dd49n4QcbqW9

🗣 We’re excited about the opportunity to (re)connect with you, our ORC community- whether you’re a community partner, board member, staff member, or an organizational funder, supporter, and friend- on what we’ve accomplished over the past year, what we’re envisioning, and the impact your partnership and support have made along the way.

🍽🍸🎷We will have good food and drink and good conversation with great people. We will also have a brief speaking program where you’ll get to meet new ORC teammates and board members and hear highlights of the work we’re advancing in intergenerational housing and community resourcing, workforce development via ORC’s Bridge Program in healthcare with City Colleges of Chicago, the legal clinic for seniors we co-host with Center on Halsted, and a storytelling initiative in development that centers ORC founders and community members.
Sounds great, right?! Well, come on thru and bring a friend or two!
