A free to vend, free to tend art expo! New Expressions, or NEXPO, is co-hosted by Chicago Comics and Merlo Branch Library. We provide emerging artists a free tabling experience and opportunities to get advice and mentorship about making and selling their work. Artists only have to be 12 years old to table. There is no admission fee for New Expressions! Save your money for the art.
