Stream-a-Thon for Trans Health

Since 2022, Mercury Stardust, aka the Trans Handy Ma’am, has mobilized tens of thousands of donors and raised more than $5 million through the annual Stream-a-Thon for Trans Health—the largest and longest-running fundraiser of its kind.

In 2026, this loud, joy-filled celebration of community care marks its fifth anniversary. Together, we’re helping thousands of trans people access essential, life-saving gender-affirming healthcare, and proving the extraordinary impact that’s possible when community shows up for one another.
