When Past Meets Power South Shore

Join us for South Shore Remembers: Intergenerational Storytelling & Racial Healing — a powerful, people-centered FREE event series that’s all about stories, connection, and community healing.

Series is June 7 and June 28

Through Story Circles, guided dialogues, a walking tour with our Sister Outsider program, and a joyful community celebration, we’re spotlighting the heart of South Shore — from activism and artistry to safe spaces and legacy. Residents who lived through the neighborhood’s transformation in the ’60s and ’70s will join forces with younger community members to reflect, reconnect, and reimagine what South Shore looks like together.

Let’s celebrate the past, speak truth to the present, and build toward a vibrant, connected future. Come walk with us, talk with us, and heal with us.
