DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, April 23\, join Chicago’s restaurant community to ensure people affected by HIV can access essential services. Dine at a participating restaurant on April 23 and a portion of your bill will be donated to Vivent Health + TPAN. If you can’t go out to eat\, you can also order takeout\, purchase a gift card\, or make a donation to Vivent Health + TPAN! \nFor over 35 years\, we have delivered programs and services to people living with HIV. As a community health and wellness organization\, our programs include mental health\, substance abuse treatment\, HIV testing\, a syringe exchange program\, and a drop-in center for LGBTQ+ youth. Vivent Health + TPAN uses an integrated\, personalized approach to care. We provide a comprehensive array of services and programs—whether delivered within our health centers or in collaboration with community partners. Our care model is so effective that 95% of the people served by Vivent Health have achieved viral suppression\, far above the national average of 81%. \nYou can support Vivent Health + TPAN’s mission and clients by participating in Dining Out For Life Chicago on April 23.
